Thank you for choosing Halfling Dale (HD), developed and published by Wysiwyg Wizards. By purchasing the full story, using our application, or accessing or editing content and material made available through HD you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement, and any such guidelines or rules applicable to the HD service. Accuracy Disclaimer
Halfling Dale and it’s components are offered for entertainment purposes only; the app shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the app, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
Limitations and Liability
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law we are not legally responsible for any losses, including but not limited to; losses that were not foreseeable when these Terms were written, others that were not caused by any breach made by Wysiwyg Wizards and events beyond our control (such as strikes, breakdown of systems and network access etc.).
Intellectual Property
HD and its original content, features, artwork and functionality are owned by Wysiwyg Wizards and are protected under international copyright and trademark proprietary rights laws.
Payment Policy
Users who decide to support the development of Halfling Dale may choose to purchase the full story. Purchase of this service can be processed through the Apple store or Google Play Store. Halfling Dale abides by Google & Apple's payment and refund processes.
Termination Clause
Wysiwyg Wizards reserve the right to terminate access to Halfling Dale with cause or notice. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Notification of Changes
Wysiwyg Wizards reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on key pages on Wysiwyg Wizards website. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
User Guidelines
The following is not permitted:
Copying, redistributing, reproducing, transferring or reselling to the public any part of the Halfling Dale service or otherwise making available anything that is not expressly permitted under this Agreement or under any other applicable laws concerning copyright.
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works based on Halfling Dale.
